Show HN: Retry script for Oracle Cloud free tier ARM instances Oracle's free tier (4 ARM cores, 24GB RAM, forever) is great but nearly impossible to provision due to capacity issues. I built a Terraform retry script that automatically tries until capacity becomes available.
